- Our classes are designed to provide you with a simple method and solid techniques to apply in threatening situations.
- Employing physical principles and logic we will 'programme you' over time to react without thought to protect yourself and continue to protect yourself.
- This starts with body education, then attitudinal, then psycho-motor, then tactile training.

Beginners' classes: Tuesday 7pm and 8pm.
Fitness classes for all: Thursday 7pm.

The Chorley Club hosts the Autodefence Wing Tchun International Headquarters, established in 1991.
